They are going to take note of the recommends and the next time you see them, they are back to what they were doing. Reading that confounded book on the treadmill. They really expect changes to take place by doing the same things. How is that possible? Then they will say,’Ah… But you are just fortunate to have good genes!’ What nonsense!
